Free Hosting with domain registration or transfer.  These options have a small advertisement from LTED, other than that they are free (with registration) and realy powerfull:

Server Side Programs are available with all three Linux hosting packages.  These are PHP scripts that load automatically from the hosting control panel.  Dozens of programs to choose from all  free under the GPL General Public License.  These hosting packages start at $5.95/mo and can be as dynamic as you can imagine.  LTED's Linux servers are set up to run these free software server side programs.  Just a few of the CMS (Content Management Systems) available are:
